Decomposed bodies of Brazilians found in swamp

Police on Monday said they were probing the circumstances surrounding the death of two Brazilians whose decomposed bodies were found in a swamp in the Cuyuni River area.

At about 1430h. yesterday Sunday September 20, 2015, the decomposed bodies of Brazilian nationals Jose Carlos Barbosa Araujo, 45 years, and Adonias Ferreira, 37 years, were found in a swamp at Aramau Backdam, Cuyuni River.

The bodies are at the Bartica Hospital Mortuary. The police are awaiting the results of the autopsy as the investigations continue.
