City businessman gunned down

The owner of the Multiplex Mall on Regent and Wellington Streets, Georgetown was early Sunday morning gunned down execution-style by several gunmen at his home, according to well-placed sources.

Dead is 48-year old Ganesh “Boyo” Ramlall. The incident occurred at La Jalousie, West Coast Demerara.

Police later said that about 0010h. today Sunday July 05, 2015, Ramlall had just returned home and went to use the outside bathroom when he was confronted by four men who shot him about his body and took away his licensed firearm, jewellery.

After shooting Ramlall, the men escaped on motorcycles.
