The preliminary inquiry into the murder of a nine-year old boy was adjourned again Thursday to facilitate the submission of a psychiatric report.Ryan Bobb-Semple is accused of the murder of Gittens between
April 1 and 4 at Cane View Avenue, South Ruimveldt, Georgetown.
The prosecution on Thursday asked the court to set another date for the report to be completed and handed in.
Psychiatrist Dr. Bhairo Harry wants more time so thate he meet with Bobb-Semple’s mother and sister.
The accused man’s grandmother told the court that she had gone to visit the psychiatrist but was unsuccessful.
Gittens’ body was found near Bobb-Semple, days after he had gone missing.
