Agriculture Minister Noel Holder

Agriculture Minister, Noel Holder, is back at work.

The minister was discharged from the Caribbean Heart Institute, where he had undergone tests and was monitored for a heart rhythm disorder, according to the Government Information Agency.

He was first rushed to the St.Joseph’s Mercy Hospital on Sunday.

Sources said he had been breathing heavily more than one week ago.

Holder has reportedly declined the offer of a junior minister at what is obviously one of the largest ministries.
