One injured at Vryheid’s Lust supermarket

One person was shot and injured during a robbery at a supermarket at Vryheid’s Lust, East Coast Demerara.

A senior police officer in the East Coast Demerara Division confirmed there was a shooting but he did not have any details.The incident occurred at about 9 PM.

However, a resident in the area told Demerara Waves Online News that she learnt that bandits invaded the Wisdom Supermarket and injured an employee. Sources said identified the injured man as 30-year old Hua Kang Huanze
