Police said that at about 0930h. today Wednesday May 27, 2015, a man armed with an handgun held up a Brazilian National at a city hotel and demanded cash.
The intended victim put up a resistance and managed to over-power the man who has been handed over to the police, in addition to the unlicensed 9mm pistol with 5 rounds that he had in his possession.
The man is in police custody and charges will be made shortly.
