Havana, Oct 29 (EFE).- Four people were killed and 28 others injured when a bus collided with a truck on a highway in eastern Cuba, state media reported Wednesday.
The accident occurred Tuesday night on the central highway in Camaguey, a province located about 550 kilometers (341 miles) east of Havana), the AIN news agency said.
Four men died in the crash, AIN said.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the crash, the seventh accident involving mass transportation vehicles in Camaguey this year.
A total of 183 accidents involving mass transportation vehicles occurred between 2011 and June 30, 2014, in Cuba, killing 281 people and injuring 2,795 others, official figures show.
Cuba registered 5,600 traffic accidents and 347 fatalities in the first half of this year
