Three men arrested, stolen handgun found.

Three men, who were previously charged with armed robbery, were Thursday arrested by police and a stolen handgun was recovered from the car in which they were travelling, police said.

Investigators said the .32 Taurus pistol was stolen during a robbery on August 18. Ten matching rounds were also found along with the gun.

The men were caught about 12:05 PM when police stopped and searched a vehicle at Le Ressouvenir, East Coast Demerara.
