A 44-year old man was shot to his head on Light Street, Georgetown near Nigel’s Supermarket, sources said.
The seriously injured man has been identified as Claude Petrie.
He was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) around 9:30 PM. He was expected to undergo emergency surgery.
