Two suspects in Fullworks robbery arrested

Two men, who were wanted in connection with a robbery at an East Coast Demerara auto sales company, were arrested on the West Bank of Demerara, police said.

A .38 Taurus revolver with four rounds was found during a search at a house at Parfait Harmonie.

Police said the duo was wanted for questioning in relation the recent armed robbery committed on Full Works Auto Sales on July 17.

The bandits had ordered workers and customers face down on the floor before carting off GUY$400,000. One of the customers was gun-butted on his nose.
