Soldier found dead in house

A Guyana Defence Force solider was found dead in his house at Lamaha Springs/Joint Services scheme late Thursday night, sources said.

The decomposed body of the Lance Corporal was removed from a house on Rewa Street.

Sources said the discovery of his body was made several days after he had not been seen.

Investigators are not ruling out foul play.
 

His body was found on a bed after his stepson kicked down the door.
