Education Ministry probing students’ sexual intercourse at city school

The Ministry of Education is currently probing the recording of students engaged in sexual activity at the Charlestown Secondary School, Georgetown.

When contacted, the Principal of that school told Demerara Waves Online News that the Principal Education Officer was dealing with the matter and she could not comment further.

Efforts to contact that Education Officer proved futile because the official was meeting with the parents and students.  The Ministry official is also said to be in possession of at least one of the recordings.

Sources at the school told Demerara Waves Online News that the children engaged in sexual activity on Monday at the school when they were allegedly left unattended. The teachers had been instructed to have all the student population move to the auditorium because of a flood caused by heavy rainfall on Sunday..

In video recordings seen, a female student performed oral sex on one of her male schoolmates, and another male and female were having sexual intercourse. They were all clad in their school uniform.
