PODCAST: The PPP’s 2015 Commemorative event at Babu John

Guyana’s ruling People’s Progressive Party (PPP) on March 4 at Babu John, Port Mourant held its annual commemorative event for late Presidents Cheddie and Janet Jagan.

At that event, controversial remarks about race and politics were made by Former President Bharrat Jagdeo as the country heads into general elections on May 11, 2015.

Also addressing the gathering were PPP General Secretary, Clement Rohee; outgoing Prime Minister Samuel Hinds and PPP Presidential Candidate and incumbent President Donald Ramotar.
