The driver of a car Sunday morning perished in an accident after he crashed into a culvert at Houston, East Bank Demerara. police said.
He has been identified as David Hinds of Mocha, East Bank Demerara.
Police said that about 12:30 PM, Hinds was driving a motor vehicle along the Houston Access Road, allegedly at a fast rate, when he lost control of the vehicle and collided with a concrete culvert.
He succumbed to the injuries received. Investigations are in progress.
