The bike’s registration number is CG 3192.

A reliable source, who was at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC), said the unidentified rider’s shoulder was dislocated and his head swollen. He was also bleeding through his mouth and nose.

Fire, suspected to be the work of arsonists, destroyed a two-storey wooden house at 339 Kuru Kuru, Soesdyke- Linden Highway. The house was owned by Clinton Rogers.

At Kwakwani, a fire erupted in a dwelling due to a child playing with matches on a mattress. There was serious damage and destruction to household articles.

Fire fighters rushed to the scene and prevented the blaze from engulfing Range Four. Occupying Apartment K was Adaline Rogers and her family of four. The bedroom walls were slightly damaged.
