UPDATE: North Ruimveldt man succumbs to gunshot wounds

A North Ruimveldt, Festival City man died at the Georgetown Public Hospital after he was shot several times at his Bogey Peak Street home.

37-year-old Christopher Molligan was shot to 8his hand and his buttocks.

Neighbours reported hearing four gunshots and later seeing Molligan also known as Chrissy sprawled on the steps of his home.

A report was made to the police and the man was dashed to the Georgetown Hospital.

Demerara Waves understands that Molligan is the single parent of a 5-year-old boy.

The men who carried out the attacks reportedly wore masks.
