The man who allegedly stabbed “Fluffy” to death on Christmas Day was Tuesday arraigned on a charge of murder.
Mark Greaves, 54, of 171 James Street, Albouystown, Georgetown was not required to plea to the indictable charge when it was read to him by Chief Magistrate, Ann Mc Lennan.
He was remanded to prison until January 18, 2015 for a status report.
Police said Greaves, who is self-employed, stabbed Fluffie to his chest and neck on James Street, Albouystown and he succumbed. He was pronounced dead on arrival.
