Up to about five weeks ago, Angoy and Shelly Norton were living together at Annandale when she decided to end the relationship after months of disagreements and death threats. “From all appearances, it is some problem between him and the grandmother. He probably went to the house to see the grandmother but he didn’t see her so from the outside, he shot through the window fatally wounding the infant and the teen who was sitting in the sitting room,” said Chapman. At the time of the incident, Chapman said Norton was in her bedroom while
Chapman said Whittington was admitted a patient at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation.
It was not immediately clear whether Angoy knew that his ex partner was in the bedroom.
Norton told reporters that she decided to end the relationship because he often abused her and went to her home and smoked cocaine.
The woman said she gave him all of their possessions that they had at a shop they operated together in the interior.
In anguish, the woman said she had recently reported to the police that he had threatened her and also a friend of hers also told police that Angoy had said that he would have shot her dead. a
