Plaisance woman shot during attempted robbery

A woman, said to be her 30s, was Tuesday night shot and seriously injured on the Plaisance Railway Embankment road.

‎She has been identified as Bernette Campbell of 60 West Road, Plaisance.

Initial reports are that the woman was shot several times dur‎ing an attempted robbery.

Her condition has been listed as critical. ‎

An unidentified bus driver was also grazed by a bullet.
