Police nabbed 42-year old Sean Campbell allegedly with the 20 bags of marijuana in his lower region while he was walking in the Swan, Soesdyke Highway.
He is expected to be charged by Tuesday for being in possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.
The Soesdyke/ Upper Demerara area is said to be a major marijuana cultivation.
Although police have destroyed hundreds of acres of plants and camps, few persons have been caught during those operations.
