A former employee of the Soesdyke Post Office has been implicated in the grabbing of GUY$1.9 million from that branch on Thursday, a police source said.
Investigators were told that one of two men ceased working at the post office but would still frequent the location.
Police said in a statement that about 11:30 AM, two men armed with handguns entered the post office where they held up the Postmistress and staff and took away the cash.
They escaped in a waiting motor car.
