An Agricola woman was on Friday night murdered and an overseas based visitor injured in what
is believed to be a robbery murder.
The lifeless body of 55-year old Donna Taylor of 1617 Public Road, Agricola was found with her throat slit and her hands bound.
Demerara waves was told that her Husband Bertram Taylor, a security guard, went home to find the visitor Samantha Sabat unconscious in the yard, When the husband went upstairs he saw his wife.
They were both rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) around 1 AM Saturday where Taylor was pronounced dead on arrival. Sabat received injuries to her head and a broken right arm.
Tenants who lived in the lower flat says they didn’t hear anything, the husband is in custody assisting with the investigation.
