706 Guyana Defence Force soldiers promoted

The Guyana Defence Force on Tuesday – New Year’s Day 2019 – announced that 706 other ranks were promoted.

Heading the list of promotions is 17130 Substantive Warrant Officer Class Two Marvin Pilgrim who has been elevated in rank to Acting Warrant Officer Class One.
