Two men were shot Monday night in two separate robbery incidents in Georgetown, sources confirmed.
A fast-food delivery man was shot to one of his wrists and robbed of money and his motorcycle.
Sources said he was at the time delivering chicken when the incident occurred at 102 Garnett Street and Aramatta Place, Lamaha Gardens.
He was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation.
In the second incident, a bus driver named Elvin Lorrimer was shot and robbed at the Linden Bus Park.
A relative of his at Kara Kara, Linden said she learnt that he tried to resist the bandits and he was shot.
Sources said he was shot to the upper part of his body. He was up to late Monday night undergoing surgery at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation.
