A suspected smuggler was shot dead Saturday night at his, shortly after a report of disorderly behaviour and damaged to property was made to the police against him.
Shameer “Kazac” Ally, 36 years of Grant 1805 Crabwood Creek, sustained a shot gun injury between 7:30 and 8:30 Saturday, October 24, 2015.
In the hours leading up to his death, he had been involved in an argument with several persons including a man with whose wife he had a relationship.
Ally was also embroiled in a soured business deal, investigators were told.
The drunken man had gone to 15, Grant 1805 Crabwood Creek where he and the occupants of a house had an argument. The head of that household reported to police that Ally had destroyed several windows and left the scene.
When police went to Ally’s home to arrest him, they eventually bumped into his body in a pool of blood in his yard.
Three persons have been arrested in connection with the homicide.
Neither security guards at a nearby sawmill nor Ally’s relatives heard anything probably due to loud music at a barbeque sale.
