Fire strikes Beharry’s chowmein factory

Fire of unknown origin Saturday afternoon destroyed equipment at Beharry’s chowmein and curry factory at Industrial Site, Ruimveldt, Georgetown, according to well-placed sources. The blaze began around 4 PM and quickly destroyed two chowmein dryers in a small section of the chowmein and curry factory.
