A 39-year old push cart vendor was Monday morning jailed for 56 months after pleading guilty to a robbery charge in the courtroom of City Magistrate Judy Latchman.
The charge stated that on April 22, 2017 at Avenue of the Republic Georgetown Michael White robbed Taylor Lowenski of one haversack, one IPhone, sunglasses among other items totalling GYD $114,300 dollars.
The prosecution told the court that on the day in question at 6:45 AM the virtual complainant was walking down Avenue of the Republic when the defendant rode up to the virtual complainant and relieved her of the articles.
