26-Y-O stabbed to death outside White Castle Fish Shop

Investigations are being conducted into the circumstances surrounding the death of 26-year-old Gordon Ross, who was found on John Street, Georgetown.

Police say Ross was found with stab wounds about his body about 01:40 hrs on Saturday.

Reports reaching Demerara Waves indicate that Ross was involved in a scuffle with another man outside of White Castle Fish Shop when he was stabbed.

He was taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital by public spirited persons where he succumbed while receiving medical treatment.
