HOW TO LISTEN TO OUR LIVE PROGRAMMES
Windows Systems:
You can listen to Demerara Waves by simply logging on to our website during our scheduled LIVE programming. If you are using a Windows Operating System, you'll be able to listen automatically through our embedded Windows Media Player at the top of the homepage. Once your system is a Windows Operating System, most times you will hear automatically after you log on and you don't need to click any of the players. Just ensure that your speakers are on and/or your headphones are plugged in.
If, however, you would like to listen in one of your preferred players separately, please click on one of the four preferred Media Players just above the embedded Windows Media Player.
The four separate media players are Windows Media Player, WinAmp, Itunes (QuickTime) and RealPlayer.
Mac /Apple Operating Systems:
You can also listen to Demerara Waves Internet Radio LIVE by clicking on the third Media Player (Itunes/QuickTime). Just ensure that your speakers are on and/or your headphones are plugged in.

Demerara Waves Internet Radio's scheduled LIVE programmes can also be heard most Blackberry phones. Any other smartphone such as the Nokia e71 that's compatible with Itunes (QuickTime) or Windows Media Player should also afford you the opportunity to listen LIVE.
Just log on to www.demerarawaves.com and ZOOM the page to the third Media Player (Itunes/QuickTime) and click on it.
Allow it to buffer for a few seconds before you begin hearing our transmission. The reception may also buffer periodically but please leave it alone and you will continue hearing shortly.
If you don't hear anything for more than two minutes, please repeat the steps.
