Prisoners at Lusignan jail shot to restore order- govt

Sixteen prisoners were shot and two fire fighters were injured during efforts to prevent another escape from the Lusignan Prison Saturday afternoon, officials said. “Prisoners were fighting each other and were rioting against officers.
