France’s late Honorary Consul to Guyana, Pierre Saint Arroman

France’s Honorary Consul to Guyana, Pierre Saint Arroman died in Paris after a period of illness.

He was 69 years old.

Saint-Arroman, who was born in Dordogne, France, moved to Guyana in 1983 where he founded Amazon Caribbean Guyana Ltd. (AMCAR),Ermina Guyana Inc. and International Standard Systems Inc. 

He served as the Honorary Consul for France to Guyana from 12th August, 1991 up to the time of his passing on August 22, 2015.

The French Consulate says “inspiring creativity and dedication in others was his life-long goal.”

Mr. Saint-Arroman is survived by his wife, Yola and son, Eric.

Condolences will be received at the French Consulate from Tuesday, 25th August  to Friday, 4th September, 2015 from 8am to 12 pm and 1pm to 4pm.
