A newspaper vendor was Sunday morning shot outside a newspaper distributorship in Georgetown, police said. Investigators identified him as 47-year old Warren Accra of Golden Grove, East Bank Demerara. The incident occurred about 7:20 AM on Robb Street, Georgetown near Scotia Bank.
