Customs broker dies in horrific early Sunday morning accident

A customs broker was killed early Sunday morning when the car he was driving slammed into a utility pole on Mandela Avenue in the vicinity of Continental Group of Companies.

The accident occurred about 4:30 AM. He has been identified as 21-year Adrian Hossain of 123 Meadow Brook Gardens, Georgetown. He was the lone occupant of the car bearing licence plate  PEE 2564.

Fire fighters rushed to the scene and extracted the body from the car that was reduced to a mangled lump of metal around the pole.
